J & R Carpentry Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240315, citation number one, item number one and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 57 Savin Hill Ave. Boston, MA.    J & R Carpentry Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1108459, citation number one, item number three and was affirmed as a final order on 03/09/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 488 Dorchester Ave. Boston, MA.
