29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. Location: Jobsite front of building. On or about April 8, 2025, employees were working on an Aluma-Pole scaffold system where the bottom of the support poles were not secured to the structure.
