29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: Lemoore NAS, P-284 Maintenance Hanger Project: Top rails were not installed on the prefabricated mobile scaffold that was used to install steel embed onto the inside of a concrete masonry unit wall. On August 31, 2020, an employee lost his balance when the mobile scaffold moved unexpectedly and fell 8 feet to the concrete floor below through the unguarded scaffold work platform.

On August 31, 2020, an employee lost his balance when the mobile scaffold moved unexpectedly and fell 8 feet to the concrete floor below.
