No. 10A-1970: 33 Area Headquarter Project: On and/or before May 10, 2022, portable fire extinguishers staged near fuel operated equipment was not maintained according to N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970. The tamper proof seal was missing, and the pin was pulled. This condition potentially exposes employee(s) to fire hazard(s). In the following locations: a) Field, North Masonry Staging Area b) Newbuild Headquarters Building
