(a) Jobsite, warehouse: On or about September 18, 2020 the employer did not evaluate the performance of three powered industrial truck (forklift) operators within the previous three years. Snyder's-Lance, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1265743, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/13/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 900 8th Street, Columbus, Georgia 31901.
