Chemicals in the workplace included, but were not limited to the following:  1.  Dow Chemical caulk; and 2.  Fiberglass.  This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.  (b)  Summit Bodyworks, LLC, at 13525 Weld County Road 8, Fort Lupton, CO:  On and preceding 9/21/2020, Summit Bodyworks, LLC did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each hazardous chemical.   Chemicals found in the workplace for which the employer did not have an SDS included, but were not limited, to the following:  1.  Fiberglass.   This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard.
