29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) 24183 East 2nd Drive, Aurora, CO 80018: On or about September 22, 2020, and at times prior, PRQ, LLC, d/b/a PRQ Exteriors, as a controlling and exposing employer, did not ensure that its employees and employees of its subcontractors were protected from jobsite hazards including falls greater than 6 feet during roofing work due to the lack of effective frequent and regular inspections being conducted by a competent person. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Corrective Action Worksheet).
