29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) 16317 OakMoor Place, Parker, CO: On or about October 03, 2023, the employer, PRQ Exteriors, LLC., as the controlling employer, failed to conduct effective frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite that would have identified and corrected the need for fall protection systems to be in place for their sub-contractor, whose employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while conducting re-roofing operations.
