29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(27): Individual rung/step ladder(s), except those used where their access openings are covered with manhole covers or hatches, did not extend at least 42 inches (1.1 m) above the access level or landing platform: Two extension ladders were in place during roofing work at 901 Turfway Ct., Florissant, MO 63034 on September 9, 2020. Neither ladder extended the required 42 inches above the roof line. One ladder extended a few inches above the roof line and the other was at approximately 21 inches.
