29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) This violation occurred on or about September 24, 2020, at a workplace located at 1881-1889 Wittington Place, Farmers Branch, TX; where employees, who were working at various elevations, under construction activities, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats. The JM Ontiveros Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479145, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/04/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 12521 Amesbury Way, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.
