29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a)On or about December 9, 2025,  employees  were walking and working under construction activities, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats.  The JM Ontiveros Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1603320, citation number 1, item 1 was affirmed as a final order on 8/18/2022, with respect to workplace located at 1898 Melinda Ln., Farmers Branch, TX75234; and in OSHA inspection number 1494394, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at  1881-1889 Wittington Place, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.  OSHA inspection number 1479145, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/04/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 12521 Amesbury Way, Farmers Branch, TX 75234; and in OSHA inspection number 1467730, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on 05/21/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2151 Lassen Drive, Proper, TX 75078.
