Building 1 (Main Facility), Frame Assembly & Final Finish - On or about and times prior to September 29, 2020, a fall protection system was not provided to employees working from the deck of the pontoon boats, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 4 feet 4 inches.

Lamination Department - On or about and times prior to September 29, 2020, approximately 700 gallons of Category 3 flammable liquids (i.e. gel coat) were stored outside of an inside storage room or cabinet, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard.
