29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  Employees engaged in residential framing activities at the jobsite located at 13360 Montelito, Wichita, KS were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet from the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.  Silvestre Zapote was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1455941, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/11/20 with respect to a workplace located at 8416 E. 33rd Wichita KS.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities at the jobsite located at 13360 Montelito, Wichita, KS, were exposed to falls from approximately 11 feet from the roof to the ground below, in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend 3 feet from the eave of the roof.    Silvestre Zapote was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1455941, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/11/20 with respect to a workplace located at 8416 E. 33rd Wichita KS.
