29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Hammermill/ #1 Hull Grinder - On or about September 29, 2020, the point of operation of the whole bean aspirator rotary valve was not adequately guarded. Employees operating the hull system were exposed to struck by/caught-in hazards while checking the hulls.
