On or about Oct 7, 2020, employees were exposed to regulator gauges on the Oxygen and Acetylene tanks that were damages exposing employees to serious injury from over pressurization.  b)  On the dry dock vessel. (a) Wharf Barge.  On or about October 7, 2020, employees were exposed to hazards of electrical shock when the electrical panel that is used to provide shore power to barges that was being serviced, did not have the lock engaged to protect employees from power being reconnected and/or energized again.
