29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about October 7, 2020, Employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer does not provide training to employees who are using chemicals such as but not limited to cola flavor natural type (CA1039F) , vanilla custard flavor art (CA1038), and apple pie flavor natural and artificial (CA-1004) in the mixing process and during the assembling of the CBD roll-ons.
