29 CFR 1910.151(b):There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: (a) ESTES EXPRESS LINES INC, 221 CHURCH ROAD, YORK, PA - The response time for emergency personnel to this facility was calculated to range from approximately six to nine minutes, and the employer had not provided a person that was adequately trained in first aid, on or about October 5, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
