29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:   Warehouse:  On or about October 1, 2020, the employer did not ensure that energy control procedures were utilized while operators performed servicing and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to clearing jams on machinery such as but not limited to, the Weigin Hydromat AL 22 moulder.   This condition exposed employees to a caught-in and caught-between hazards.
