29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  (a) W - Building; On or about October 8, 2020, a hood guard on the Grizzly 12" compact sliding table saw model G0820, S/N 19120022 was positioned approximately 9/16'' above the table thereby leaving a portion of the sawblade exposed to contact.
