29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: a- 60 Bridge Boulevard, Eastampton NJ: On or about 10/14/2020, the employer did not initiated a program to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition. As such, the workers were performing framing and other related work at the worksite without the use of fall protection, without the use of eye/face protection, etc. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

At the time of the worksite inspection these workers had not received fall hazard recognition and avoidance training from the company. Condition noted on or about 10/14/2020.
