29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Block 700.09, Lot 13, 16 Landmark Eastampton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, when performing floor decking, framing and other related activities while working/walking at and near unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor. At the time of the exposure, these workers were not utilizing fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/23/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
