29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1):Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.  The Employer did not provide the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification of abatement as required for Citation #1, Items #1, #2, #3, #4a & #4b issued November 3, 2020.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is completed.

Jade Ct. Derby KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities, walking and working on a 6:12 pitch roof, were exposed to fall hazards of 24.5 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.

Jade Ct. Derby KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to falls from 24.5 feet, in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend 3 feet from the eave of the roof and was not secured to the building.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  At jobsite 6414 S. Jade Ct. Derby KS,  employees engaged in residential framing activities using a Werner 8 foot A-frame ladder, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet in that they were using the top step of ladder to access the upper level of house.
