Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately ten (10) feet out of the unguarded windows, at the rear of the structure.  D.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately ten (10) feet off of the unguarded deck, at the rear of the structure.   E.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately ten (10) feet through the unguarded basement stairway.  The employer (John Decker II dba J Decker Homes) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1393454, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/16/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 82 Creekside Drive, Waterloo, IL 62298.
