29 CFR  1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard.   a) Western Slope Auto Company at 2264 Highway 6 & 50, Grand Junction CO, 81505:  On or before Oct 16, 2020, the employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that employees performing various work activities on the roof were not trained on fall protection systems or hazards associated with working at heights.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of at least 20 feet.

Acetylene Cylinders in the service area were not properly secured to prevent from tipping over.  Wire rope was used to secure the cylinder cap to electrical conduit.  This condition exposed employees to explosion and burn hazards.
