Employees were exposed to falling approximately 20 feet. B. On or about October 16, 2020, an employee was engaged in work on a new residential construction while next to an unguarded window at the rear of the construction. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet. C. On or about October 16, 2020, employees working on a new residential construction were exposed to falling through an unguarded stairwell from the main level to the basement.
