A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors. a) Phoenix VA Medical Center located at 650 East Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012: On or about October 19, 2020, the employer locked The Main Entrance exit discharge door, exposing employees to fire hazards.
