On or about October 21, 2020, located at 6097 Honey Farm Way, Lot FRM009, Grove City, OH 43123, the employer did not ensure that employees involved in framing activities on a two-story, single family home were protected against fall hazards. Employees were installing exterior walls on the second floor of the structure without fall protection, thereby exposing them to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.
