29 CFR 1926.34(a):Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied: a) SOQ-D, Building 123- On or about October 20, 2020, employees performed construction activities to include but not limited to cabinet install, plumbing, and electrical, but the exit was blocked preventing the exit door from opening. The exit was not arranged to provide free and unobstructed egress with the building occupied, exposing employees to fire hazards.
