29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 10/13/2020, at the jobsite located at 305 St. Rte. 211, Winder, Ga., the employer was not performing frequent and regular inspections of the job site so as to ensure employees were working safely. Subcontracted employees were observed performing framing operations and exposed to fall hazards greater than 20' .
