29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) On or about 2/2/2021 at 105-111 Bedell Drive Conyers, GA employees for subcontractor were observed performing framing operations and exposed to fall hazards up to 32-feet, in that the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite exposing the employees to the hazards created by an unsafe condition at the following locations: a. 105 Bedell Dr. Conyers, GA workers engaged in framing work were exposed to fall hazards of up to 32-feet. b. 107 Bedell Dr. Conyers, GA workers engaged in framing work were exposed to fall hazards of up to 32-feet. c. 108 Bedell Dr. Conyers, GA workers engaged in framing work were exposed to fall hazards of up to 32-feet. d. 109 Bedell Dr. Conyers, GA workers engaged in framing work were exposed to fall hazards of up to 32-feet. e. 110 Bedell Dr. Conyers, GA workers engaged in framing work were exposed to fall hazards of up to 32-feet.
