29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: The employer is failing ensure that employees are protected from electrocution hazards. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 13600 Giles Rd., Omaha, NE 68136 on October 29, 2020. An electrical box, which was intended for use while permanently fixed to a wall and which had pre-punched knockouts, was attached to the end of a flexible cord and was used to power a lubrication pump on the Cincinnati radial drill press.
