29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 23723 Devon Field Lane, Lot 54 Old Field, Daphne, Alabama: On or about November 4, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9.8 feet to the ground below. The Juan Jimenez dba Juan Jimenez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453033, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at Lot 71 Lodgepole Ct., Savannah Woods, Spanish Fort, Alabama.
