29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 2190 Langford Ln., Wheaton, IL 60189: on November 4, 2020, employees engaged in house re-roofing work were exposed to fall hazards up to about 18 feet because fall protection/prevention systems were not used to ensure safety. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
