On or about November 4, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees had been provided fall protection training, however, the employer failed to keep a written certification of record. Markub Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442972, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 419 Southwood Drive, Streamwood, IL 60107. Markub Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1436910, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 26, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Filbert Drive, Streamwood, IL 60107.
