Framers were using pneumatic nail guns and circular saws in the framing process. The employees were not utilizing eye protection, which exposed them to struck-by hazards to the eyes.

The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a) Juventino Lopez, at a jobsite located at 612 Arrowhead Drive, lot 396, Sunbury, Ohio 43074: On and/or preceding November 4, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees who used extension cords were protected from electrical contact hazards. Framers were using an extension cord with the ground prong missing from the male end of a cord, which exposed the employees to a 123 volt electrical contact hazard. b) Juventino Lopez, at a jobsite located at 612 Arrowhead Drive, lot 396, Sunbury, Ohio 43074: On and/or preceding November 4, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees who used relocatable power taps were protected from electrical contact hazards. Framers were using a relocatable power tap with the ground prong missing, which exposed the employees to a 123 volt electrical contact hazard.

Employee sheathing the first floor while exposed to fall hazards to the basement of up to 10 feet 7 inches.
