29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  Employees engaged in roofing operations located at 2040 East Cuming Street, Fremont, Nebraska, were exposed to struck-by hazards in that employees were observed using pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.  This was most recently documented on or about June 12th, 2024.

29 CFR  1926.307(d)(1):Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet (2.128 m) or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in paragraphs  (m) and  (o) of this section:   Employees engaged in roofing operations located at 2040 East Cuming Street, Fremont, Nebraska,  were exposed to caught it hazards in that an air compressor located on the job site was not guarded and was exposing a running pulley.  This was most recently documented on or about June 12th, 2024.
