29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 230 Hemlock Dr., Lot 87 Firethorne, Fairhope, Alabama: On or about November 5, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet to the floor below. The Jayro Vivas dba Jayro Vivas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1423495, citation number 1, item number 1, group a and was affirmed as a final order on December 31, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3992 Stafford Blvd, Lot 1 Adventura, Gulf Shores, Alabama.
