29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  a. Site - On or about October 29, 2020, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to falls of over 18 feet where fall protection was not provided or utilized to prevent the hazard.  Kidd-Luukko Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1334235, citation number 01, item number 3a, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/2/2019, with respect to workplace location 11 Thompson Road, East Windsor, CT 06088.
