29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a) Office Trailer, 3200 Capri Drive, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure that all temporary energized electrical feeder cables running through the window of the job trailer were protected from pinch points and sharp edges . As a result, employees were exposed to fire, smoke, and electrical hazards. Condition observed on or about 23 JULY 2020.
