29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition. Pioneer Drilling Rig #83 : On or about November 17, 2020, at the mud tanks, a sectional metal plate was observed bent open approximately 2 inches and would not close down. The condition exposes employees to a tripping hazard.
