Pioneer Drilling Rig #83: On or about November 17, 2020, at the flammable locker storage area;   a 1-gallon Xylene container  was observed with its cap container missing.  A piece of painters tape used to seal the opening of the container.  This condition exposed employees to chemical burn and health hazards.
