29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii): Flammable liquids were not stored in tanks or closed containers. Pioneer Drilling Rig #83: On or about November 17, 2020, at the flammable locker storage area; a 1-gallon Xylene container was observed with its cap container missing. A piece of painters tape used to seal the opening of the container. This condition exposed employees to chemical burn and health hazards.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Pioneer Drilling Rig #83: On or about November 17, 2020, where corrosive material was stored the eyewash and shower provided was not properly maintained. This condition exposed to health hazards.
