(b) On or about November 19, 2020 and at times prior, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where an electric drinking water cooler was used without a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) in the north aircraft hangar located at 20000 Army Aviation Drive, Reno, Nevada.
