29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   South Hangar, Tool and Parts Room:  On or about July 24, 2023, employees were potentially exposed to an electrical hazard in that, miscellaneous equipment such as a tool cart, and weight scales for the Chinook helicopters blocked access to an electrical panel labeled "PV 277/480v Fed Room MS".  Inhibited access to the panel would interfere with quick shut down electrical energy used for powering machinery at the facility.
