29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(13):The perpendicular clearance between fixed ladder rugs, cleats, and step, and any obstruction behind the ladder was less than 7 inches (18 cm) Location: Jobsite On or about November 19, 2020 an employee fell while climbing a concrete form panel that did not conform to the fix ladder standard 1926.1053(a)(13) in that there was not adequate perpendicular clearance.
