29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about November 24, 2020: Employees working in the facility and using or working with corrosives such as but not limited to Liquid Caustic Solution 50%, Citric Acid 50% Solution, and Sodium Hypochlorite Solution are exposed to chemical burns and eye/skin damage. The emergency eyewash station located near the boiler room was not operational.
