29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On or about November 19, 2020, on the rooftop of a residential structure in construction, an employee performing sheathing and framing work on a roof was not protected by any means of personal fall protection, guardrails or safety nets, thereby, exposing the worker to a fall hazard of 8 feet, 1 inch to ground level.
