The tripwire cable or wire center cord did not operate readily whether the cable or cord was pushed or pulled. a. Site located at 4370 112th Terrace North, Clearwater, FL, employees operating a 60" EEMCO rubber mill were exposed to caught-in hazards, in that the safety tripwire cable was located more than 2 inches of the front and rear rolls, as observed on or about November 24, 2020.
