29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: In the Machine Shop, the Baldor bench grinder work rest was adjusted to approximately 1/2 inch from the wheel, increasing the potential for a part to become lodged against the wheel during grinding, exposing employees to a struck by and caught in hazard.
