Employees are exposed to head injuries from impact, flying objects, or from falling objects while underneath overhead work. Employees purchase their own head protection.   (b) On November 24,2020; the employer does not provide eye protection at no cost to employees performing framing activities. Employees are exposed to eye injuries while using equipment such as, but not limited to pneumatic nail guns and claw hammers. Employees purchase their own eye protection.   NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.
