29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a)  Production area: On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while performing wood cutting with a portable fire extinguisher that was stored on the stairs by the entrance.   b)  Finishing Room:  On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while performing painting and spraying adhesive without the portable fire extinguisher being  mounted and identified in room.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) Sanding Station: On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from a flexible electrical cord which was used to power a portable hand sander.  b) Miter Saw Station: On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from a flexible electrical cord which was used to power a Dewalt Miter Saw (Model DSW779).  c) Router Table Station: On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from a flexible  electrical cord which was used to power a Porter-Cable Router (Model 6912).  d) Rigid Table Station: On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from a flexible electrical cord which was used to power a Ridgid Table Saw (Model TS3650).  e) Grizzly Table Station: On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from a flexible electrical cord which was used to power a Grizzly Table Saw (Model G0576).

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) At the table saw:  On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from a Rigid Table Saw's flexible cord that did not have strain relief.  b) Adjacent to the Planer Table: On or about December 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from a Porter-Cable Air Compressor's flexible cord which did not have strain  relief.
